THE SUN
The Sun represents the "centre" of our personality, it is what we are striving to become.
SUN IN ARIES
With the Sun in the cardinal fire sign of Aries, your basic nature is outgoing and self-assertive. You have an energetic approach to life, and a frank and direct approach to others. You can show a great deal of courage and a willingness to plunge into anything without too much hesitation; sometimes, giving hings a little thought before you leap would be in order. You have a basic need to establish your self identity in the face of a potentially hostile environment, and may view life a as battle that must be fought and won, an attitude that will ensure plenty of battles. You can be too impulsive and blind to the needs and feelings of others, but your extrovert and aggressive approach to life is often a compensation for a deep insecurity over who you really are.
SUN CONJUNCT MERCURY
With the Sun and Mercury in conjunction you may lack objectivity in your thinking, you identify too much with your opinions and will defend them as if you are defending your life. You like to express your thoughts and ideas but often what you think will not be backed up by the facts, which you will then choose to ignore, but rather an expression of the way you would like things to be. If you can learn to be more objective in your thinking and more tolerant of other peoples opinions, you have a great skill in communication and are able to express difficult ideas and concepts to others in a clear and understandable way.
SUN SEXTILE SATURN

You are aware of your limitations as well as your talents, and you are able to learn from your experiences and to communicate what you have learned to others. MERCURY IN ARIES
Mercury, the planet of communication is in the cardinal fire sign of Aries in your chart. In your communications with others you will be quick witted, impulsive and impetuous. You will pick p quickly on ideas and you can express yourself energetically and forcefully, perhaps too forcefully at times. If this impulsiveness can be controlled, you will have a sharp and penetrating mind with a quick wit and the ability to communicate directly and to the point with a minimum of waffle.
Fire signs are connected with self identity and with Mercury here you may need to develop a more objective attitude towards your opinions, realising that "just because you hold these opinions does not necessarily make it right". MERCURY TRINE PLUTO
With the trine between Mercury and Pluto you have an analytical mind that is able to penetrate beyond the surface appearances and see the connections between apparently disconnected facts. You are suited to any form of research or investigation since you are not satisfied with easy or superficial answers, always wanting to get to the truth of any matter. You need to find some kind of meaning in your life and your experiences and to communicate the understanding and knowledge gained from your investigations to others. You identify strongly with what you believe in, and will defend your viewpoint to the hilt.

VENUS
Venus represents our urge to be sociable and loving, our need for harmony and exchange of feelings and affection with others. It is our sense of values, based on what attracts or repels us.
VENUS IN TAURUS
Venus, the planet of relationships, is in the fixed earth sign of Taurus in your chart. This indicates that you are loyal and security minded in your approach to relationships, and the physical expression of love and affection will be important to you. You may seek permanence in your relationships for the feeling of security and stability that it gives you, and you will be happy to provide for these needs in your partner. You will give the appearance of coolness and reserve, but this masks a deep and passionate feeling nature. You can be strongly but quietly jealous of any situation or person that you feel is a threat to your emotional security.
VENUS SQUARE PLUTO
The square to Venus from Pluto will have a deep and powerful effect on your personal relationships. You will find that any benefits you gain from a relationship will be accompanied by some kind of suffering, and that what you want is often not what you need, thus ensuring periodic crises and painful breaks in your emotional life. Many of your problems arise from the fact that, not really knowing what it is that you want from a relationship, you put out a subtle combination of possessiveness and rejection. You make it clear that you expect certain standards of behaviour from the other person, and that even the suspicion of unfaithfulness will not go unpunished, yet at the same time giving out the unmistakable message that you do not really need them and could get on very well without them. This could provoke the very behaviour that you are so openly against, or result in extremely possessive behaviour from the other person. You will need to be honest with yourself and understand what it is that you are looking for in a relationship, a nice, stable, secure partnership in which both takes the other for granted is certainly not for you.
MARS
Mars is the self assertive and aggressive urge, the sex drive and the need to achieve, indicating how we assert ourselves and express our desires.
MARS IN AQUARIUS
With the planet Mars in the fixed air sign of Aquarius, you can have a great deal of determination to achieve your goals. You can put a lot of energy into working for revolutionary or forward looking groups, but there may be a danger of identifying your own ego with the life of such groups. There is a great need for personal freedom, which can lead to unpredictable behaviour. You are prepared to defend your thoughts and opinions with great force, but may have a tendency to regard criticism of your opinions as a personal attack. The urge for expansion and growth and the feeling of an inner faith in yourself and life in general operates on the feeling and emotional level. You will have a kind and sensitive nature with warm and generous feelings, however, you tend to keep things beneath the surface, covered by an apparently hard shell, so these qualities may not always be made apparent to others.

SATURN

Saturn gives us the ability to endure setbacks and work with discipline and patience toward well defined aims, showing us where we seek to establish ourselves, the areas where we are most fearful, and hence most rigid; but if these fears can be met and overcome they can be our greatest strength.
SATURN IN GEMINI
With Saturn in the mutable air sign of Gemini, the principle of form, structure and limitation operates mainly on the intellectual level. Gemini represents the activity of the mind that likes to gather facts, analyse, classify, then move on to something more interesting, but Saturn here tends to cause a blockage to this free flow of mental activity. As a result, you may place a great deal of emphasis on being pragmatic or practical, and refuse to believe in anything that cannot be proved, seen or touched. Or you may have a feeling of inadequacy regarding your own intellectual abilities, or a difficulty in communicating with others for fear of sounding stupid or foolish.
The only way of effectively dealing with Saturn is to confront our fears in whatever area of the chart it is placed, in your case the fear of intellectual inferiority or failure. For example, you may feel that it would be pointless to continue, or resume, your education by going to college, you are "just not capable" of all that studying and intellectual stuff. But if you face this fear and give it a try, you will probably pass the first year with flying colours, and your new found confidence will enable you to express the positive side of Saturn in Gemini, a mind capable of concentrated and persistent study, and the ability to give practical and structured expression to vague and impractical theories.
SATURN CONJUNCT URANUS
The conjunction between Saturn and Uranus indicates that you will have to find a balance between the need for personal freedom and the need for security. At different times in your life you will tend to express one need and deny the other, but as you develop as an individual you will learn to integrate both sides of these powerful but contradictory planets into a creative union. NEPTUNE
Neptune represents the urge to transcend our normal state of consciousness through meditation and mystical experience, music, dreams and flights of the imagination, or through drugs (including alcohol) which afford us a temporary escape from mundane life.
NEPTUNE in LIBRA
The most recent period of Neptune in Libra was 1942-1957. You, and your entire generation, idealise all of the various experimental approaches to relationships, including "living together" and the concept of "open" marriages. This can cause some stress, especially of the emotions and around security issues, contrasting though, there are greater expectations of commitment and mutual support.
PLUTO
Pluto represents powerful forces of death and destruction or change and transformation. Pluto can be expressed as the acceptance of our need for complete transformation in some area of our life, and the courage to face our deepest compulsions and hangups. Or, it can be expressed as the wilful manipulation of others, ruthlessness and an infatuation with power.
